Inclusive Relationship & Initmacy Counselling

A supportive space to heal, communicate, and grow.
A supportive space to heal, communicate, and grow.

My path to counselling hasn't been a straight line, and that’s exactly what allows me to meet you where you are. I grew up on Wurundjeri and Yorta Yorta country and now call the beautiful Yarra Ranges home.
I have spent the last 15 years working as a remedial massage therapist and myotherapist. My curiosity about the human experience has driven me to travel the world and ultimately earn a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors (AIPC).
As someone who is neurodivergent and navigates a solo poly path, I understand what it’s like to operate in a world designed for the 'typical.' I am passionate about offering a deeply affirming and judgment-free space for clients seeking relationship and intimacy counselling or support, as well as those living, loving, or thinking outside the 'norm'.
Whether we are untangling life transitions, exploring relationship dynamics, or addressing the burnout that comes from masking, I am here to help you live authentically. I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment for individuals seeking support with neurodivergency, and for those in kinky, queer, and polyamorous relationships, allowing us to freely explore the intersection of identity and intimate connection.
— Amy Mulcahy Dip. Counselling, Adv. Dip Myotherapy
Care begins with understanding. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges and work toward greater balance and clarity.
My approach combines non-judgemental empathy, evidence-based practices, and practical strategies to help you navigate stress, communication, transitions, and challenges. Every session is tailored to you. This is a safe space for you to drop the mask and explore your needs.
A Note on Current Services:
At this time, I am exclusively accepting individual adult clients. While my work deeply explores relationship, identity and intimacy dynamics, sessions are currently conducted on a one-on-one basis to focus on your personal journey within these structures.
